In order to make your experience with us a most enjoyable one, please read the following info on how to redeem your Groupon: How Do I redeem my groupon? Bring your printed Groupon with you to the studio, or pull up the Groupon Mobile app version. Present the Groupon and we will register you in person for the 5 class package. We track the classes at the studio, so after your initial visit, you are all set. When can I start taking classes? Your Groupon is valid as soon as you can bring it in to present it to us. It is good for any class from the regular schedule (sorry- not valid for workshops or private lessons) What should I expect? We are a small, intimate studio with friendly instructors and even friendlier students. We love to share a laugh or two during class and sip a cup of tea after. Wear comfortable clothing, leave your shoes at the door, and enjoy class. We provide mats if you don’t already have one. (free of charge) Do I need to pre-register? We are a drop-in studio, meaning you do not have to register for classes ahead of time. Spaces in class are awarded on a first come, first serve basis. The studio opens at least 15 min. before class time. How do I get to your studio? We are located at 2201 W. Belmont (between Damen and Western) There is plenty of street parking available. No residential zone stickers are required for side-street parking, but please note there are restrictions on Belmont Ave. 7-9am and 4-6pm. The #77 bus also stops right out front. What if I’m late? Try to be prompt. If you are more than five minutes late, you will most likely find the door locked. We ask that you respect your fellow classmates and teachers and show up on time. Late entries are a distraction to others. When do classes expire? All 5 of your Groupon classes must be used by Sept 30, 2011. I bought a Groupon as a gift, what do I do? Forward a copy of the Groupon to the lucky recipient, and let them come in and register themselves in person. Groupons are nontransferable.
